Hi, we are The Foolish Couple.
Minna and Andrew

Why call ourselves foolish? Because we believe in daring to live differently.
In a world where "normal" is often just another word for settling, we chose a different path—a path of passion, purpose, and possibility.
We’re part of the ten percent who dream bigger, love deeper, and refuse to accept that this is as good as it gets. We’re not here to blend in—we’re here to rise, to grow, and to help others do the same.
We believe financial freedom isn’t just about wealth—it’s about impact. That vibrant health is your birthright, not a bonus. That love should set your soul on fire, and your work should feel like purpose in motion.
Yes, we love the beautiful things in life—but what we value even more is who we become in the process. Stronger. Bolder. Freer.
So if they call us foolish for chasing extraordinary lives, so be it. We’ll wear that label with pride.
Because foolish doesn’t mean reckless—it means brave enough to believe there’s more.
Oh, and one more thing… we were born on April 1st.
So yeah, we’re The Foolish Couple—foolish enough to live life full out, and wise enough to know it’s exactly what we were made for. 💫

Imagine growing up wearing hand-me-downs like they were designer labels—trying to blend in, while your skin told a different story.
Eczema wasn’t just a rash—it was a constant, aching reminder that something wasn’t right. The itch, the inflammation, the stares… it made even the simplest things feel hard. My ears, my neck, my elbows—my whole body felt like it was under siege.
But the physical discomfort was only part of it. Emotionally, I felt like I had to hide. I avoided pools, longed for connection, and dreaded the judgment in every sideways glance. I wasn’t just battling eczema—I was battling shame.
But here’s the thing—I didn’t stay there.
Today, I’m a serial entrepreneur. A certified nutrition and life coach. A proud fur mama and happily married to my high school sweetheart. And yes—I speak on stages now, without hiding behind sleeves or apologies.
What changed? I did.
It started with the decision to stop letting my reflection define my worth—and to start honoring my body, mind, and spirit with the love and healing they deserved.
Now, I help others do the same. I teach people how to nourish their bodies from the inside out, how to age in reverse, and how to rewrite their story—because I know what it’s like to feel stuck, and I know what it takes to break free.
Glowing skin is just the beginning. Confidence, freedom, and the power to own your story? That’s the real transformation.
So if you’re ready to stop hiding and start thriving—I’m here for you. Let’s do this together.

Let’s talk about longevity—not just the years in your life, but the life in your years.
Most of us move through life without really thinking about how we’ll feel decades from now—until something forces us to stop and take a hard look.
For me, that moment came far too soon.
Right after high school, on what should’ve been an ordinary day, everything changed. One moment I was driving to see my girlfriend… the next, I was hit by a one-ton truck. Fractured vertebrae, lacerations, internal damage—it was a miracle I survived.
But survival came with a price: pain, pills, and a body that felt decades older than I was.
By my 30s, despite doing “all the right things,” I felt like I was 80—tired, hurting, and weighed down physically and emotionally. By 40, I knew something had to give.
So I made a choice.
To stop patching symptoms and start seeking root causes. To learn everything I could about functional health, nutrition, inflammation, and healing. I became my own experiment—and my own success story.
Today, I’m off the meds, I’ve lost the weight, and I have more energy than I did in my 20s.
But this isn’t just about me. It’s about what’s possible.
Because longevity isn’t just about living longer—it’s about living better. It’s about waking up without pain, showing up with purpose, and knowing that you’re in control of your future.
I’m here to show you it’s possible to rewrite your story—no matter how it started.
Let’s dive in, together. Because life is far too precious to live it exhausted, inflamed, or on autopilot.
You deserve to thrive.
