Holiday Feast
Dec 03, 2019[We are the Foolish Couple, Andy and Minna, founders of the Foco Academy. We focus on mentoring and teaching the Success Principles and how to apply the principles to the 3 areas of life that money can’t buy: Health, Time, and Love Relationship.]
Over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, we went to a secluded location about 3 hours from where we live, and there was 8 inches of snow on the ground. We had a blast, we played in the snow, built ugly snowmen, had snowball fights, tobogganing and made snow angels. We had a lot of fun, but at the end of the day, we were drenched in dirty snow and dirt and whatever else was outside.
So, what did we do? We took a shower, of course. And I’m pretty that’s what you would do too when you are dirty.
But what about inside your body? You may not see the dirt, but you probably feel it. You just didn’t know it. How do you know if your internal body is dirty? Lemme ask you this:
When you wake up in the morning? Do you feel like you need another 5 minutes? Or are you awake and ready to jump out of bed?
Do you absolutely need that cup of coffee to wake you up?
Do you find that donut irresistible?
When your internal body is dirty, you may not be very sick, meaning you may not be confined to a bed, but you have no energy and you have aches and pains all over your body. You may have lost your flexibility, you sniffle and cough and your immune system is compromised. This is what we called FLC syndrome, which stands for, Feel Like Crap. And when you have FLC, the world is gray. There is no joy in your life. There are so many things that you want to do, yet you can’t do it because your body says no.
Does that sound like you? Are you tired of being that person, or would you rather be the person who gets up bright and early every morning, ready to attack the day? That person that keeps on going like the Energizer Bunny?
There is a wide spectrum of health between Optimal Health, and Terminally Sick. Where are you on that spectrum?
Next year we turn 50. We both know that we have accumulated a lot of toxic stuff in our bodies that are now attached to our cells. Going through college, I didn’t have a lot of money so I mostly ate cheap ramen for those 4 years that I was studying. All that wax on the coating of that ramen is still inside my body, and it is affecting my own health. I don’t know what your poison is, but we all have something.
That dirt in your body may be from cigarettes, fast food, pizza, ramen, sugars and processed foods. We know that our produce is heavily polluted with glyphosate, and our drinking water has multiple contaminants that are not healthy for human bodies.
When your body is loaded with toxins from the foods we eat, these toxins attack our internal organs, at a cellular level.
You may not see it, but you will feel it. That’s why you feel like crap. These toxins are glued to our cells. It is preventing our cells from working properly, and causing us long term pains and diseases.Until these toxins are removed from your cells, no diet or exercise will help you shed those unwanted pounds, clear your brain fog or give you that extra hop and skip in your step.
I don’t know about you, but we want to start off the new year with a clean slate. That’s why we are offering a true cellular detoxification and regeneration program. This is not a colon cleanse, foot bath, juice fast, coffee enema, water fast or ten day herbal cleanse. We are dedicated to bring our bodies to a clean slate with the best protocols so that we can refuel our bodies with clean, nutritious foods. The first step, of course, is to take that shower for our cells, a true cellular detoxification process. And then we can work on regenerating new cells to re-nourish our bodies.
If you are interested in doing the program with us, book a time with us so that we can give you more information about our program.
Until next time, Love What You Live, and Live What You Love.
