Today, we're talking to all those out there who seem to be catching COVID more often than I catch cold pizza for breakfast. Yep, you heard me right. If you’re getting sick every few months with the latest COVID variant, your immune system might be getting overwhelmed by spike proteins.

Now, your body can be overwhelmed with spike proteins one of two ways: One, you got it from catching COVID previously through a large viral load, which is about as likely as me winning a dance-off against a breakdancer, unless you're in the medical field and exposed daily. Two, you got it through the jabs. And depending on how many jabs you’ve had, you might be introducing more spike protein into your body than I introduce dad jokes into my videos.

According to esteemed Cardiologist Dr. Peter McCullough, if you’re sick over and over again with COVID, it might be because of spike protein buildup in your body. Think of it as your body’s version of hoarding. And no, Marie Kondo can’t help you here

Measuring the amount of spike protein in your body is not something you can do in your kitchen with a meat thermometer. So Dr. McCullough recommends measuring the antibodies of the spike protein, which is a lot easier. He says a natural infection will be between 0-1000. The lower, the better. You want to detox that spike protein out of your body because it doesn’t just politely pack its bags and leave.
